Thank you very much for visiting the Parish Primary School Consultation Form page.  As the consultation ended on March 12 ^th, 2021, the Ministry of Education is no longer accepting consultation forms.  Each consultation form and all other consultation submissions are being reviewed as part of the decision-making process.
