Overseas Vaccination Authentication
If you are a Bermuda resident who received a full dose of a COVID-19 vaccination overseas, you may apply for a Bermuda Vaccine Certificate in advance of or after the expiry of your final test-based immunised travellers SafeKey that is valid for 20 days from the date of your Day 10 test.

To be eligible for the Overseas Vaccination Authentication of Bermuda, you must provide:
1. Proof of Bermuda Residency: Government issued photo ID for adults. If you are under the age of 18 then a birth certificate.
2. Proof of overseas travel: Your approved Travel Authorization waiver from your return trip to Bermuda following your vaccination overseas.
3. Work permit holders only: A current work permit that has not expired.
In addition, you must provide a photo ID and an official proof of an immunisation card or a vaccine certificate issued by a relevant public health authority, when you have received a full course of the COVID-19 vaccine.
